Cherry angiomas are small bright red to pink bumps that occur almost everywhere on the skin and at many ages, although they are most common in adults. No one knows exactly why they occur, but at times, they may start to appear during pregnancy for women.  These spots are entirely benign, do not lead to skin cancer, and rarely require treatment. However, if a spot is painful, bleeding or growing, have it checked by your dermatologist.

You will always see a doctor.
