Bridge Patient Portal Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that you may have questions about our patient portal change.

Check out the below answers to some frequently asked questions.

What is Bridge Patient Portal?

Bridge Patient Portal bridges the gap between patients and providers to optimize the patient experience. The portal is a secure one-stop online platform to message you dermatologist, view notes and tests results, view appointments and download and print paperwork prior to your in-clinic appointment. You can use Bridge Patient Portal from your desktop computer or mobile browser. Preferred browsers include Google Chrome and Safari.

Can I still use the Intelichart Patient Portal?

No. The Intelichart patient portal is no longer available for regular use and your health information has been deleted from Intelichart. You will need a new Bridge Patient Portal account to connect with your dermatologist.

Will my health information and messages from my current Intelichart Patient Portal account transfer to Bridge Patient Portal?

Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer information from Intelichart Patient Portal to Bridge Patient Portal. You will need to sign up for a Bridge Patient Portal account to use tools and view health information for services rendered after July 1, 2023.
